Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the mobile games and applications published by Pixwick Games (each, a "Game" and together, the "Games"). It applies to all Games distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and any other platform.
Important: The Games differ from one another. Some Games are fully offline and collect no data at all, while others may show advertising or use analytics. The specific data practices of each Game are always shown on that Game's store listing (the "App Privacy" details on the App Store and the "Data Safety" section on Google Play). Where a feature described below (such as advertising) is not present in a particular Game, that section simply does not apply to that Game.
1. Information Collected
- Information provided directly: The Games generally do not require an account to be created or personal details such as a name or email address to be provided in order to play. When contact is made directly (for example, by email), any information included in the message will be received.
- Data stored locally on the device: Game progress and settings (such as level, in-game currency, unlocked items, and preferences) are saved locally on the device. For fully offline Games, this data remains on the device and is not transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling the Game removes this local data.
- Information collected automatically (only in Games that use the services below): Some Games use third-party services for advertising, analytics, or crash reporting. In those Games, the following types of information may be collected automatically by those service providers:
- Device and technical information (device model, operating system version, language, region, app version).
- Approximate usage and gameplay data (such as levels played, session length, and in-app events) used to improve the Game.
- Diagnostic and crash data used to detect and fix problems.
- Advertising identifiers (such as the device's advertising ID) and related data, used to serve and measure ads.
- IP address, which may be processed by service providers to deliver and secure their services.
2. Advertising
Some Games may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, which may include Google AdMob and Unity Ads. When a Game shows ads, these networks may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to provide and measure advertising, including personalized ads where permitted.
Ad personalization can be limited at any time through the device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads (reset or delete the advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization).
On iOS, where required, permission is requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking across other companies' apps or websites takes place. If permission is declined, the Game remains fully playable.
3. Analytics and Crash Reporting
Some Games use analytics and crash-reporting tools, which may include Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) and Unity services, to understand how the Games are used and to fix bugs. These tools may collect the technical, usage, and diagnostic data described in Section 1.
4. How Information Is Used
Where information is collected, it is used to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Games;
- fix bugs, crashes, and technical problems;
- measure and, where applicable, display advertising;
- understand general usage trends; and
- protect the security and integrity of the Games.
Personal information is never sold.
5. Third-Party Services
Where the Games use third-party services (such as Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Google Firebase), those services collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which can be reviewed here:
- Google (Play Services, AdMob, Firebase): https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Unity: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
6. Data Retention
Locally stored game data remains on the device until the Game is deleted. Data processed by third-party service providers is retained according to their respective policies.
7. Children's Privacy
The Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in the relevant country). Personal information is not knowingly collected from children. Where any Game is made available to children, steps are taken so that advertising in that Game is non-personalized and that no personal information is knowingly collected in violation of applicable laws such as COPPA and GDPR-K. If it is believed that a child has provided personal information, a notice may be sent to the contact address below and the information will be deleted.
8. Rights and Choices
Depending on the user's location, rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Ad personalization can also be controlled through the device settings as described in Section 2. Requests may be submitted using the contact details below.
9. Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect information handled through the Games. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example if new features such as advertising are added to a Game. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised and the updated policy will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
